GoTailoredTravel is a division of Voyages GAM-SPS Travel Inc., a Quebec licensed and bonded travel agency.
TRIP PRICING
When GoTailoredTravel, personalizes an existing tour, the price will be adjusted for any itinerary additions and hotel changes. When we custom design trips the price of travel will be based on your itinerary, hotel selections and group size. Once you have approved your itinerary, deposits will be required to guarantee hotels, transportation, transfers, and hire local guides. Note: Our trips are priced based on either the euro exchange rate or the US dollar. In the event of uncontrollable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our rates accordingly.

TRIP DEVELOPMENT FEE
A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to plan your personal itinerary and this fee will be applied to your trip, when you travel.
APPLICATION FORM
To complete your reservation a Tour Application form must be fully completed, signed and submitted to GoTailoredTravel, with correct passport names. A signed Tour Application form is an acceptance of the tour program and of the rate, and also an acceptance of the tour Terms & Conditions.

Passport details for the airlines, for our local service providers and to facilitate transfers and transportation at destination.
Dietary needs of anyone who follows a special diet or who has allergies.
Age, gender, physical fitness level and special needs to organize your trip for your comfort, enjoyment, and safety.
Any special requests for food, beverage, and your activity level to guarantee that your preferences are met.
TRIP INSURANCE
Travel insurance is an essential part of your travel plans and helps to protect you against the unexpected. When you’re planning your annual vacation, or the vacation of a lifetime, you don’t want to think about cancelling or interrupting your trip or losing your luggage. We know these things can happen. We provide you with peace of mind through Travel Insurance. We, also, highly recommend that you buy medical insurance to supplement your existing health insurance plan. Travellers who choose not to purchase insurance coverage will be liable for all costs due to cancellation, trip delays, damage or loss of baggage and medical emergencies.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
GoTailoredTravel and GAM-SPS Travel Inc accepts all major credit cards, e-transfers and Bank Wire Transfers. Travellers making payments by credit card will be required to complete a Credit Card Charge Authorization Form. Payments made within 30 days of a tour departure are fully non-refundable.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Every passenger must have a current passport valid for at least six months after the completion of travel. Travellers must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the traveller. Final documents, including detailed trip itinerary, emergency contact information overseas, any airline tickets and any necessary vouchers will be sent to you prior to departure, provided full payment has been received by GoTailoredTravel and GAM-SPS Travel Inc.
AIR RESERVATIONS
All airfares are subject to airline Terms & Conditions in effect at the date of booking. Any changes made to an airline ticket after issuance is subject to any penalties imposed by the carrier. Once airline tickets are issued, name changes, date changes, routing changes or cancellation of ticket are subject to a $50 administrative fee, per ticket, plus penalties assessed by the airline. We strongly recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance.
BAGGAGE
Participants are limited to 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 carry on per person. On tour, please note that scheduled domestic flights have a baggage restriction of 44 lbs (20 kg) per person except in Argentina which is 33 lbs (15 kg) per person. In Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania and Central and South America and on charter flights, your luggage is strictly limited to 22 lbs (10 kg) per person. We recommend soft carrying baggage for all charter flights.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
In order to enjoy the tour, travellers must be in general good health and are responsible for choosing a trip that suits their abilities, level of fitness, and state of health. Travellers are responsible to check with their medical professional, local health clinic or the Center for Disease Control for specific travel requirements.
NOT INCLUDED
Items not included are generally: Airport departure taxes of any nature, both domestic and foreign; excess baggage charges as imposed by airlines; forwarding of baggage and purchases; cost of obtaining passport and visa; medical charges for inoculations; any items of a personal nature such as laundry, beverages, mineral water, meals not indicated in the itinerary, and telephone; baggage, trip cancellation and personal insurance; and gratuities to tour guides, escorts, and drivers.
TOUR CHANGES
GoTailoredTravel and associated companies reserve the right to alter any route or other arrangements, offer substitutes, or to cancel a tour in whole or part, should conditions necessitate it. We, also, reserve the right to decline a participant whose presence may be prejudicial to the well-being of the tour.
LIABILITY
GoTailoredTravel, a dividion of GAM-SPS Travel Inc. will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment, or frustration, whether physical or mental resulting from any of the following: sickness, theft, labour disputes, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, your failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as visas, cancellation or any other cause beyond our direct control.
TOUR OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
GoTailoredTravel and associated companies make arrangements for hotel, lodge, camp accommodations, transport and conveyance, as Agents, on the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be due to any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of any Company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to goTailoredTravel, a division of GAM SPS Travel Inc., a Quebec licensed and bonded travel agency.
GoTailoredTravel, will never sell, trade or in any other way share names, numbers, e-mail addresses or any other personal or corporate information provided to us by users of our site. In planning your trip GoTailoredTravel will need to ask you for personal information to identify you, follow up with you, and process your purchase. Any personal information sent to us via this site will only be used for correspondence with you.
